Our store sells digital products that are intended to be used by crafters who want to make homemade papercrafts and vinyl creations. We sell digital files to use with your printer and/or electronic cutting machine.
With our designs, you can create a variety of DIY items such as cards, home décor, t-shirts, party decorations and treat holders.
All of the products sold on our website are digital. You will not be sent any physical items. Refer to our Digital Delivery Policy.

Yes, all of the products on our website digital. Physical products will not be mailed to you. You will receive access to links to download each product you purchase. Please see our Digital Delivery Policy.

On each product page you will find a description of the product which will include the types of digital files included.
Why are some of the product files I received labeled “dashed” and some “solid”?

Cut files with score lines come with two options: dashed or solid.
- The dashed score line files will cut a dashed line that can easily be folded.
- The solid score line files can be used by customers using personal cutting machines that have a scoring wheel (such as the Cricut Maker).
How do I request special permission to use your products?

Contact us and let us know what special permission you are requesting. Include the specific Ellipticolor product(s) that you want to use, how you want to use them, and any other necessary details. Your request will be considered and if permission is granted, you will be sent a Special Permissions Certificate. Requests may take up to 3 weeks to process.
What personal cutting machines are compatible with your files?
What personal cutting machines are compatible with your files?
Our SVG and DXF files are intended to be cut using a personal cutting machine. Our SVG files should be compatible with any personal cutting machine or software that supports SVG cut files.
Where can I find instructions to make projects?

Many of our projects come with a PDF Maker Guide that is full of information to help you successfully make our projects.
If a product includes a PDF Maker Guide, it will be listed under the specifications tab on the individual product page.
We also have VIDEO or BLOG tutorials for some of our products as listed on the Tutorials page.

Products purchased from our website are digital. No physical products will be sent to you.
After you complete the checkout process you will need to download the digital products you purchased. You will be able to access your digital products through:
- the link on the last page of the checkout process.
- logging in to your store account.
Click on the "Order" tab at the top of the account page.
To View All the Products You've Ordered: Use the "Access Digital Content" button on the Orders page.
To View Products from 1 Order: Click on order, then click the "Access Digital Content" button. - the links emailed to you (you'll receive two emails).
One email will come from deliveries@skypilotapp.com titled "Your Ellipticolor content". Use the "Access Content" button to get to your digital products.
The other email will be an order confirmation email from info@ellipticolor.com. Use the button labeled "View your order" to access your digital products.

Locate the product file you downloaded and saved to your computer. Often it will default to the “Downloads” folder.
- For Windows—Right click on the zipped folder and select “extract all”. Use the “browse” button to select the location where you want to put your extracted files. Click “extract”.
- For Mac—Double click on the zipped folder or you can right click and select “extract”.

Yes the download links will expire. You will gain access to the download links after you complete a purchase.
You will have 60 days and 5 attempts to download your new digital content.

We collect your address for tax purposes to ensure proper taxes are paid.
Can I purchase Ellipticolor products as a gift for someone else?
Can I purchase Ellipticolor products as a gift for someone else?
You can purchase a store gift card to give as a gift which will allow the receiver to order and download their own products since our digital files are non-transferable.

We want to help! Please reach out to us so we can evaluate and correct the issue. Include a description of the problem and the names of the product(s), file(s) or order effected.

- An email will be sent to you with a login code.
- Enter the login code and you will be able to login to your account.

Yes, your orders are in your account. You will also be able to access links to download your digital content after you complete a purchase. You will have 60 days and 5 attempts to download your new digital content.
