Digital Product Delivery

Our products are digital downloads. You will not be mailed any physical products.

• The digital products you order from Ellipticolor will be available for you to download electronically after you complete your purchase.
• You can access and download the digital files on the last page of the checkout process, through the link emailed to you or from your customer account.
• Digital download links will expire after 60 days, with a limit of 5 download attempts per link. Reach out to us if you need help with your download. The digital files are nontransferable and are for the purchaser’s use only.
• Inspect your files and notify us if a digital product is defective, incorrect or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
